About the role

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and have overall responsibility for local accounting and reporting to the group. The role is operational, focusing on daily transactions, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and corporate guidelines.

You will be a central point of contact for local managers, the Finance Director, and the Operations Controller, providing accurate financial information to support their decisions.

In addition to the operational responsibilities, you will drive the implementation of internal controls and actively participate in our ongoing ERP project (Dynamics 365). The role is part of the local management team, giving you the opportunity to influence and contribute to the company's continued development.

Responsibilities

·       Manage daily bookkeeping and monthly closing

·       Ensure that local reports comply with corporate guidelines

·       Prepare annual reports, tax declarations, and VAT reporting

·       Implement internal controls and improve processes

·       Support local managers with financial information

·       Collaborate with the Finance Director and Operations Controller for analysis support

·       Participate in ERP implementation (Dynamics 365)

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant education and several years of experience in accounting, closing, and reporting. You have good knowledge of accounting legislation and compliance and an interest in systems and streamlining processes. If you also have experience from a manufacturing company, we see it as a plus. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and confident in your skills. You are unpretentious, collaborate well with others, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
